Size and comfort matters. Great Customer service matters. I ordered the "Peaky mesh". Peaky mesh offers comfort and style. I ordered a size way to big. The order came with a card providing useful tips for getting the best comfort from your hat. I followed the directions for an easy size exchange. The owner sent me an email wanting to offer any help needed.

I ordered a Peaky having never touched one of their hats. When it arrived I found it to be of very high quality and very attractive but I found that it didn’t compliment my face shape and baseball caps look better on me. I ordered a hat that was to big, there exchange program is awesome and sent another hat promptly. Very happy with the hat and there service.
Both hats I've purchased are part of their "modern" line- the Workman and the Plaid Traveler. Both are awesome in their price range. I will say- I went by their recommendation for sizing and the Workman is a little large (I got a large). I adjusted and bought a medium for the Traveler, and it's spot on. I think I'm between - between sizes lol With that, I have had to steam both hats and work them considerably to work out wrinkles but they tell you that and I expect it. The Large and Medium fit to where I can wear them so- hopefully that's not a consistency issue? I don't think it is. Love my hats. I came from Boston Scally to Peaky because of inconsistency issues with BS. Hopefully Peaky keeps it up with the craftsmanship and pricing! 5 stars. Pictured are, again, the Workman and the Plaid Traveler.

I bought a “Tommy OG” hat for my husband. We have been shopping for that type of hat quite a bit. We even stopped by the Irish shop specifically for this kind of hat. However was not satisfied with the quality and the material.

Recently purchased a Derby. The hat was a bit big and requested a return for a credit at a later date, The owner was exceptionally gracious and easy to with on the return .Next order will be for the slim series. This reviewer is a collector as well as a wearer of newsboy style caps. These compare favorably to Mucross and Hanna Hats.
I would just like to say they take care of their customers very well. I have about six of their hats now and I will continue as I look and see what I like because I have had very good communications.

It's a great hat, love the slimmer profile. I feel like I could actually work in this thing. I will say, I followed the sizing info but I still believe I might could go down a size? I ordered the large and could MAYBE wear a medium. But this one is comfortable so idk. I'm going to try it. Shipping was crazy. The hat arrived with some wrinkles but they address that. They're kind of hard to get out? But I've managed to lessen the creases substantially. Awesome product.
