This is very similar shape and fit to The Peaky Cap (mesh) but has a soft fabric, thicker material with 30% wool. If you're looking for a thin more breathable hat, look at our other hats such as The Peaky Cap (mesh). Our caps are sized in CMs to get the best fit. Find your measurement in CMs, then pick a hat size based on that measurement.

Finding your measurement:
If you have a soft measuring tape, that's the best route to take. If you do not, use a string, phone charging cable, or anything else you can wrap around your head.
How do I measure my/someone else’s head?
Step 1: Wrap the soft tape, string, or cord around your head above your ears and eyebrows, where you your cap usually sits.
Step 2: Double check to make sure the tape comes down far enough at the back of your head, hitting in the right spot.
Step 3: Take note of your measurement in CMs, if using a string or cord, mark where it meets so you can measure it using a traditional tape measure.
Step 4: Refer to the sizing chart above to see where you land.
Are you in between sizes??
For our comfort fit flex back caps, we always recommend sizing down. For our fitted caps, size up for a loose fit and size down if you prefer snug. Caps will usually stretch slightly, but rarely do they shrink.
Will my size be the same as the other caps I purchase from other brands?
Unfortunately there is no universal sizing, so a Medium for one brand might be a small for another. We highly recommend you measure your head to ensure you have an accurate size before ordering from Peaky Hat.

Chest Size (bust): Lift your arms slightly and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest.
Shoulder Size (shoulder to shoulder): Using a measuring tape, measure the width of your shoulders from the back of your body (from shoulder blade to shoulder blade).

We are family run business owned and operated out of Ohio, United States. Our hats are produced across the globe, depending on the style. Currently we have two facilities for fulfillment and warehousing. The majority of our items are located in our Dublin, Ohio facitlity and ship within 3-5 business days. We’ve split the time frame for order delivery into two parts so you can see the journey better:
Processing time – Following order confirmation, quality assurance and packaging, your order will be dispatched from the warehouse within 24-48 hours.
To our best ability;
Orders made Mon-Fri before Noon Eastern will ship same day.
Orders made Fri after Noon Eastern through Sunday will ship Monday.
This excludes holidays and special circumstances.
Shipping time – Once your order is on its way to you, the amount of time it takes depends on where you live and your shipping method. This is shipping time. Deliveries in the US are shipped and arrive in 2-5 days. International delivery can take anywhere between 8–15 business days.

My second hat I bought excellent shipping and receiving packaged nicely. Fit was perfect to my sizing and shaping was outstanding. I mentioned with premium razor hat I bought these types of hat require some TLC to shape perfectly so that was expected but was super easy with the high quality materials these hats are produced from absolutely love it.

I ordered a black one for the Peaky Blinders look and was damn glad that I did! Comfortable, warm and goes with pretty much anything from a leather or denim jacket to a suit!
I collect Irish caps and wanted one with a classy yet vintage look and feel. I actually wore this to my father's funeral with a black suit by Hugo Boss and it looked like it was made for it.
